I had a really nice stay at the hotel, which is located right in the heart of the Suzhou Industrial Park. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering great comfort, though they were a little too warm for my liking. The staff, especially at reservations and the concierge, were extremely helpful and friendly, making my experience better. The dining options could use some improvement, as I found the Western food not up to par, and while the breakfast had some fresh items, it wasn't entirely satisfying. Overall, it's a decent place with good value for money despite the dining hiccups.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of a bustling commercial area yet super quiet thanks to the high floors. The rooms were spacious and spotless, offering stunning views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The only downside was that while the dining was good, it didn’t quite reach the 'fantastic' mark. Overall, I felt it was great value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some fantastic highlights. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The views from my room on the 21st floor were breathtaking, although the room was a bit warm despite having the AC set to cool. The location was excellent, close to the subway and the Suzhou Industrial Park, which made getting around easy. The dining experience was mixed; while I appreciated the fresh juices and Western options, the noisy environment was a bit off-putting. Overall, it offers great value for money.
